I'm in desperate need of help. I cant find anything that I can make coming even close to equestria raritys boots

Anyone have any ideas. Ireally don't want to spend a lot of money on this

i reccomend that tutorial as well, just remember to be DELICATE with your shoes, and not tromp around in the wilderness with them. the fabric surrounding the shoes is one to tear/fray easily.

if you haven't already, really really scour all the thrift stores in your town/neighboring towns. they are GREAT places to find wacky shoes. I once found a pair of teal cowboy boots in my size at a thrift store! I have seen boots like you are talking about at stores before.
After you get them, you can easily attach a purple sash and diamond to the top of it, no big.
hot glue will even do this trick, if you are really desperate and can't spend time sewing.

here are a few cheaper boots on amazon that i would personally wear for my rarity cosplay. though usually i just wear purple heels for mine.

if you go on amazon or ebay and put in "purple boots" and limit the price to like below 25$ or whatevs, it will onyl show you budget friendly pairs. i can't speak for quality on any of these items, but sounds like you are in a bind!
