Having had to deal with a few scammers on ebay, your best bet it to keep all documentation between the buyer and yourself.
Make sure your communicating with the seller through ebays system. You should call Paypal and it wouldn't hurt to call ebay. Ebay can look into your sellers past and see if they've pulled something like this before.
If she has altered the pony in any way since receiving it she can no longer ask for a return or refund.

I'd like to enter the raffle. Baby Schoolbag is such a cute pony. I've never seen one before but the green hair looks great with the pink. I've never owned an Euro pony and I love baby pony's. I have a few other baby pony's that are all proudly displayed on the top of my computer desk.

I just cleaned up my She-Ra castle. I'm looking to get rid of everything together.
I have a handful of figures, outfits, his horse, and castle accessories.

I ordered multiples. I've gotten a confirmation email from hasbro for each, but like others, will be biting my nails til they ship lol. I've been camping HTS for 3 days, to get her for people on my list I couldn't get her for at comic con. I really hope they overlook the same address on all orders 
Now I can go back to bed and actually sleep. I've had 2 Ditzy Doo dreams this week, if not more lol.
I hope it works out. I never heard back from my pre seller so at least I know I have one now!! This worked out better than signing up for classes, I thought for sure hasbro's website would crash.

From Personal experience bleach destroyed my pony's hair, it dried it out.
For smells I recommend baking soda saved my nasty smelling Power Rangers Figures .
