FiM dog tags out yet ?

Are these with the MLP stuff in the toy aisle or some place else?  Sorry if this question seems strange but you know how some places put stuff like that in other places.

From what I've heard they should go up in the trading card section of a store.  None have shown up in my area yet but I did see Walking Dead dogtags with the cards when I checked so that information seems accurate.

Are there codes to the dog tags as there are to blind bags? :o

I went to Target and they had the blind bag type ones, the ones you can't see what they are.  I didn't see the ones that you could see what they were.  That's what I'm after.

I found these at Five Below for 2.99. I got regular Luna, Hoity Toity and a metallic Pinkie

I wish there was a way to tell the blind bags apart. I really want Cadence and Shiny armor only.
