Cannot Print Return Label

My mom bought some earrings off ebay that came bent so I opened a return request and seller approved.  However, I can't print a return label.  It keeps telling there is an error.  I tried two different browsers .  It is on my dad's account and he isn't going to call ebay for help.  Should I just pay for shipping back?

If your dad is the only person listed to use the account and he refuses to call them, ask him if he will give you permission to be placed on his account as a user. This is what I did for my husband's. This will require more than one call to eBay. One for you to be put on his account. You can call them and your dad will just have to vocally confirm you can be added and then another call in which you can handle the return situation for him.
