This, dear friends, is David (~Dafawsome)
Dauw, I wanted to paint you, because I miss you,
becasue you are absolutely beautiful,
because you always make me smile,
because you're the best friend and boyfriend in the whole world, and I couldn't wish for anyone better,
because I love you.
_{and less importantly, I need to keep practising digital art and stuff.}

However, the painting of course doesn't make David justice.

Done in Paint Tool SAI. after the third take I'm up over 2 hours of work on this one. spread over 2 days. I was trying to do a speedpaint at first. Then I showed it to Dauw, redid it, showed it again, and got stuck on redoing it again - I spent one hour on that chin and mouth. It was kind of a problem area which just wouldn't look right. still doesn't but well. Flip-paint-flip-paint-flip-paint... I had a lot of fun though ^^

almost in time for our anniversary. a couple days too early. ^^'
