MLPArena Nirvana Gallery Update February 2023

Hi ponies,

I have done some work on the nirvana gallery website to make it easier to access if you are viewing on your phone, instead of a desktop or laptop. Hopefully this will make a better user experience.

I have also added the Spotlight on Italy Ponies.

I still have to add the Spotlight on Mexican Ponies.

I also notice there aren't spotlights on the following countries Colombia, India, Macau, Peru, Spain (regular, not Piggy), Venezuela and Japan. If anyone is interested in writing a Spotlight on one of those countries, please let me know
