Summer Hayes G1 book may have the USA releases but the other gens books show foreign releases. And even then no 100% guarantee it's the correct info.
As for pricing it's only good to determine if something is hard to find but not for current sales.

I also still have my pony Summer Hayes/Debra Birge books. As a checklist, checking on common info but also for the pictures to check on accessories. Online pictures aren't always clear.

Best to answer your question over here. That Euro/Australia Minty was sold over here in a specific shop chain, bought it back then. So every now and then I see her on the fleamarkets. And people love Minty so she goes with me everytime I see one Loose without accessories and depending on condition I am selling her for 5-8 euros.

Another Minty who is sought after is the Euro Christmas Minty. She came with a toybox, a green giftbox, & a copy of A Very Minty Christmas, maybe a Santa hat too. I'd need to see her MIP to be certain, but her pose is unique for Minty.
She comes with the Christmas hat I bought mine new over here in the shop back then.

According to the link Starlight Glimmer also has a bow in such colour. So I just checked it with my collection and it leans more to greenish/blue. So that's also an option.

If it comes to brushables: very poor. The ponies we get are at least from 2 years ago. In different shops. If it comes to other merch like stickers, colouring books: I see those a lot. Sometimes other merch pops up like beach towel, pen case, diary, gift bags, party supplies, postcards. A Dutch company bought the licence to produce this stuff

Well some of the exclusives did end up here.
Like Royalette, Wing Wishes ponies, the set with Jazz Matazz and baby Wave Catcher, Sparklesnap, Sunshower & Luau. And I see them often on fleamarkets.
I have no idea what the deal is with Lickity Split since I also see her more often than Port-O-Bella.

There is no specific list but G3 sites mentions it if they are hard to find or exclusive.
So here is a list of ponies that came up when thinking about it.
In your case it would be the Euro Exclusives like the long hairs Rainbow Bubbles, Snowdrop Swirl.
Convention ponies with a limited run like Bay Breeze, Frisco, Trolley, Rosey Posey which was not on a convention pony actually.
And ofcourse the breast cancer prototypes.
