My very public apology to the entire arena

Hello everyone.

I am back from a long hiatus, and the first thing I need to do to everyone is apologize. Especially to PandaBerryInSpace,  Summer-Blade, and Shiromisa.

I was in the BB Swap over a year ago, and it was right around the shipping time that my life just fell apart. I completely shut down, and never mailed out my part of the swap. Its still sitting in a box in my pony room ready to be mailed. It's taken a long time, and its been slow going, but I am starting to slowly bring myself out of it. I know I need to fix things here, but I know I let people down.

But I felt like I needed to come and apologize to everyone. I had been a good member of this community up to that point, and I hate to think that I may have ruined that. I have been PM-ing people I directly affected, and trying to work with them to make things right. If you haven't gotten your PM yet....it is coming. I'm still not fully out of my mess, so it may take time, but I want to make it right.

I'm sorry arena. I shouldn't have flaked......but I did.

I won't be asking to participate in any swaps because I know I can't be trusted at this point, and I fully understand that. I'll mostly be lurking and reading the posts. I have missed the arena.

Life happens dear. You haven't personally affected me, but everyone here is such a family that I am sure you can build a rep back up with time. Maybe participate in private swaps to get some feedback again.

You haven't affected me either, and I agree with Brittney. You need to slowly rebuild your reputation as a good member, and that way, you will probably be allowed to redo swaps again

I would recommend starting out trading in the trade thread, it's a fantastic way to build up feedback

And I hope RL issues get better for you soon, I know what it's like, it's hectic here too at the moment!

PandaBerryinSpace contacted me and asked me to make the replacement.  I sent Summer-Blade a set of G1 sparkle pony BBs.  Life certainly does happen, but it might be a nice idea to mail your partner her box, even if very late.  I hope things have improved for you.

I do agree with everyone else that there are ways to build feedback up again. I would of course mail the late swap box first though. I'm sure it will all work out, life happens.

  Welcome back Josiekat. I know it cant have been easy to make this thread or to come back after what happened, but people will think better of you for doing so and we are a forgiving community .  Sometimes life happens, we make mistakes , do things we regret or forget about other important things when RL gets in the way or we have to deal with more important RL issues - it can happen to anyone.  What really counts is how we handle it though, and coming back and making things right is what really matters - and I admire anyone who can do that
