Why couldn't they have made them just drive a car normally, instead of making them turn into the car, which is terrifying looking

I remember seeing an ad for this game in a Disney magazine back in the 90s, it didn't even feature any screencaps, just promotional art, and all I knew about this game was that there was some evil guy who took over some happy land or something.

Oh my god I LOVE NiGHTS!!! And yeah, funny story behind NiGHTS' and Reala's appearances in SEGA All Stars Racing [Transformed]. In the first game, NiGHTS was originally not meant to appear at all. Iirc TRiPPY, the owner of the NiD site and quite possibly the number 1 NiGHTS fan, and her husband DiGi Valentine, have connections to SEGA and they, along with other NiGHTS fans, managed to convince them to put NiGHTS in. Unfortunately, they weren't playable and instead just waved the flag. But it's probably due to that, that NiGHTS and Reala made it into Transformed. Nobody was particularly happy about our nightmarens being cars, but hey, atleast they're playable. NiGHTS: Dream Wheel, on the other hand... I'm less forgiving about. >:T

In my (very unpopular) opinion, the Wii game is better than the Saturn game.
