By the way, I brought myself to check inside her head and her eyes are covered by the same plastic as the pony, so I don't know how to remove them... am I explaining well? There's no way I can take them off from the inside.

I've customized a girl like her before, you can press on the back of her eyes after she's been heated in hot water and just sort of pop them out. Actually had a lot of fun with the eyes after they were removed, sticking them on other ponies. lol
