Question about My Messages

Hi,

When I look at My Messages it says:  My Messages [1]  , which should mean I have 1 unread message.. but I checked my whole inbox and there is no unread message..
Can this also mean something else?

Hmmm, the only other possibility I can think of is a glitch. Have you checked all the pages in your Inbox (maybe the unread is on another page), or in another folder.

On the left side, you should see all your folders, and one should have the (1) beside it, to show you where it is.

Thank you for your fast reply !

It's only saying that for a few days and I checked my messages up to 2 weeks since today and there's no unread message in my inbox.. (the inbox has (1)  )

What is a glitch?

A glitch is a malfunction/error somewhere in the coding of the site - my guess is somehow it is still reading that there is one message that hasn't been read, even though it has.

Oh this happens to me sometimes! Its exactly like Kiwi says; when I accidentally file a message into a label folder. You can file the pm into the folder even though you have not "read" it and it will simply sit there until you go and finally track it down. Do you have any labels/folders set up? Also the other thing you should do is click through every single pm you have and let it load; could be time consuming but it may let your account mark everything as read. I had to do this once too [a bit of a pain when you have waaaaaaay too many pms in your inbox ]

I will go trough my PM's and open them one by one.. (luckily there aren't too many  )  and I will reply when I finished that and tell you if it worked
