Have you never heard of it? Zoo's are big about selling it now for really expensive prices. We have a really big Zoo here. Here

Now I have this strong urge to buy some and send it to people.

I remember when you could buy 'zoo poo' as a fertilizer for your garden. I don't know if the DC zoo still offers it, cause it was quite a few years back.

It's at our local free zoo, too! I think it's cool, but my room mate was a bit grossed out by the prospect... X3 It's not as if it resembles poo in any way.

It's a little statue of clay made from manure. You put it in your garden or flowerbed and as you water it, the fertilizer/nutrients leech from the statue into the plants.

Wow! No, I had never heard of it, but with all the poo documentaries I've seen (yes, I have seen not only one, but several), I don't know why I should be surprised. Honestly, the only thing that's disgusting is the price they want for the paper. It might be sustainable for the environment, but certainly not sustainable for my wallet!

our zoo just sold it as a fundraiser sort of thing. big bags of manure from the herbivores.
