Disney dolls discussion!

Would anyone be so kind as to tell me what the differences between the new Animator's dolls and the old?

Obviously Belle is in her gown but the rest.......

Is it the added glitter?  Poncahontas looks EXCATLY the same to me   Guess I don't have the eye for this sort of thing:)

That's what I thought too!

Snow White's dress is also different.
Rapunzel's skirt is different
And Ariel has Glitter instead of Velvet scales.
I can't see any difference in Pocahontas

They are also all missing their plushy friends

They're plentiful at my Disney Store still. I never really got into them. They just look odd to me. I also found the 2013/2014 Pocahontas, Mulan and Belle at my store! No Cinderella yet.

I hope that  2 or more dolls 10 dollars each sale is still going on by Wednesday, that is when I am going to my local Disney store. I am gonna get Pocahontas and Jasmine and probably open them up along with my Merida doll and probably get a few things from their summer sale. I hope I can find the tumbler cups that are for 3 dollars.

Does anyone need any Wreck-It Ralph plushes? My Disney Store has a bunch of the Sugar Rush kids for $1.99.

Wildlace:  Thanks for taking the time to explain to me what was going there   Seeing the "old" Snow White really made the changes to her obvious!

I've always loved the Animator Dolls.  And the Designer Dolls.

Don't love the prices though   And you always have to multiply the price by 6 (if you are a completionst, like myself )  I could never pick just one and be happy   Best to just close my eyes and pretend I never saw them:)

I'm glad I'm not a completionist, but if they are all super pretty, I will buy them all. I just love all the Designer Princesses, but those prices!

I love that Ariel & Sisters set! I wonder when that will come around.
I wanted the set they did a while ago where they were extra animated looking and had rubber tails but by the time I had the money they were gone and I can't find any decently priced ones.

Oh, I was just at the disney store half an hour ago, I could have picked one up if I'd known.

We picked up the Jafar doll on clearance for $3.99! He was the last addition to kiddo's collection, she already has Aladdin, Jasmine, and not too long ago we found Genie on clearance for $5!

Nope, sorry. Didn't look too closely at it. Kiddo was just commenting on how pretty the set was and how many sisters Ariel had in the other set.
