Ebay issue need help/advice

i heard back from her, she declined to ship them back and says she will keep them. Let's see what happens from here.

Do you have full resolution pics of the auction pics? I always keep the full size images just for this purpose so that if something happens I can go back and look at them. I've only had to do it once but it saved me nearly $50!

I'm into Charmkins and unfortunately to me it does look like the mouths on Freckle Face and Morning Glory are rubbed, can't tell with Lil Tulip. It is hard to tell since they are so small in the pics so if you have more Charmkins to list or ones that haven't sold yet I would really recommend taking close up macro pictures since they are such a tiny toy. Your auctions do state as-is though and a buyer can always request more pics before bidding so you were not in any way saying that they were mint condition. If she doesn't want to ship them back and won't provide close up pics then hopefully she will leave it at that and just keep them.
