air brush commissions?
« on: February 15, 2012, 04:03:49 PM »
I was wondering if there are people who are willing to like take on just airbrushing commissions? for example..

I don't have an airbrush and probably wont be able to afford one any time soon, a decent one at least (ever), but sometimes i find myself wishing that i had one xD because i know a little bit of base airbrushing would just make some customs look so much better. so is anyone around here willing to like receive baits by mail, airbrush on them, and send it back to be finished by a different artist, for a price of course? or is this just kinda a weird thing to do? like painting over someone else art kinda thing?

please let me know, and if you are one of those people willing to do this for other artists, how much would this cost?

if i had an airbrush id help you out.  I dont think of it as going over someone else's art but  as having someone else gesso a canvas for you... umn for those who dont know gesso's a primer that you paint on raw canvases before you paint on them.

Airbrush commissions actually do sound like a good idea that can help others that don't have airbrushes of their own.

If you are still hunting for airbrush commissions, I do accept them. I ask $6 for an adult single color (includes Createx airbrush paint and sealing with Testors Dullcote).  Each additional color is $1.  Babies start at $4.  Hope this helps!
