What would you name your future children?

Even at my age I am not sure if I would father any kids anytime soon. But when I do, I want to have between 2-3 children, all girls.  I dont want to bother with a boy that may turn out to be a pain all the way from childhood till his bachelor years.

Anyway, these are the names I chosen if I get that lucky:  Nadia, Allison, Abigail, Natasha, Felicia, and/or Samantha.

I can only ever come up with boy names that I like. I don't really plan on having kids, but if I decide I want them in the (distant) future, I want a son, and he shall be named Brittany Tiberius (insert last name of hypothetical husband here).

I like too many names, but never enough to name a real human critter after. I think I would be the woman in panic mode at the hospital, in labor screaming "I CAN'T! I DON'T HAVE A NAME YET!!!"

For girls I like Metages(African, and I LOVE it), Stephanie, and Joanna. I also like the name Samantha cause I think Sammi or Sam are cool girl nicknames.

I don't really pick out middle names cause I never plan to have children, but for a boy I like Shadow Darren.

I go for a mix of traditional and non-traditional, maybe even "hippie" names. I cannot stand stupid spellings of normal names, or completely made up ones.

I don't like sharing planned names, but boyfriend and I hope for two girls and a boy one day.
Though I did really like Marjorie, but boyfriend and his dad were jerks about it so the name is used for an OC now. XP

Our first son was named Louis Michael (his adoptive fathers changed it, but kept Louis as his middle name). I've never liked Michael as his middle name, but we literally "thought of it" (its boyfriend's name xD) like the day before he was born when it was suggested to us. I didn't even take it seriously until we filled out the birth certificate. At least I think we filled it out ourselves. . .I don't remember. Too many drugs. xD But yeah.

I was also considering* the name Finn, but only if he'd been a girl. And I likely would have realized Finn from Adventure Time is named Finn before the birth and chosen something else. Or I would have hated myself forever and used my idiot mistake as an excuse to dress her up as AT Finn at every chance and get a dog named Jake, haha.


* I say considering but we didn't ever try to think of names, aside from middle. After the first ultrasound Louis and Finn were stuck in my head like mad. So I don't really consider it as us choosing anything, but him saying "This is my name" and I guess "I like this word/I'm gonna screw with mommy/something else"? xD

In high school (16 yrs ago ) I had girl names all picked out: Ariel Belle (Disney) or Cathrine "Kitty" Illyana (X-men).
But as I've gotten older my names have changed: Cassandra "Cassie" Annmarie or Samamtha "Sammie" Gayle (and I still love Catherine Illyana).
As for boys I really never even thought of having boys (my older brother has 3 boys, so mom wants girls ).

When I was pregnant, before I knew I was having a boy, I could only come up with girl names.  I liked Tuesday, Tegan, Bronwyn, and ... Tiger. 

My son's name is Sullivan - we all call him Sully.

I had boys before my girls, I have 4 all together... Skylar Zane.... Nathaniel Jacob (form of jay which was my 1st loves middle name) ... Kristina Faye (faye was my grandmothers middle name) .... Alexis BreAnne... some names just stick with you for life..

Eh, I never really wanted kids at first... But then I met my fiancé so I don't mind the though of having a family. I'm going through phases where I want them then I don't we have names picked.

No kids for me, ever.  But in the past, I thought that if it happened, I would consider Elery Arthur (named after my great grandpa on my dad's side, and my grandpa on my mom's side), for a boy.

i liked names like emanuel/le and michel/le before. but now, i think sasha is a cute girls name. ^^
hmm, for boys, i guess it will end up in some variation of michael. i like the sound of the name, its nothing too fancy and not too "old". anyway, i guess it would take more than 10 years for me to get kids after all.

I don't plan on having children.

I do, however, desire either two cats named Hemingway and Fitzgerald, or a nice big doggy called Ivanovna, or a rat called Matilda Terminus.

By the way, this - along with things like characters named Valentine Tallow and Lysander Lockwood - is precisely why I should not be allowed anywhere near the status of godmother.

hey some people give name their kids after cars and seasons and all kinds of  stuff, why not name them after cool ponies? not planing on having kids by the way:)
