Title: Fixing an SHS stud
Post by: IceCrystal02 on March 29, 2021, 02:59:02 PM
I'm pretty sure there was a thread recently where somebody showed how they fixed a broken SHS stud by drilling a hole into both ends and combining them with a metal wire or something similar. I've now used the search function and looked through the threads in the Pony Corral and Custom forums, but I can't find it any more. Can anybody point me to the right direction?

Yes, that's the one, thank you! I've just seen that the thread is already several years old, so what I've stumbled upon recently must have been a link to this thread then.

I'll try this method on my Frilly Flower's stud once I've found a suitable hand drill.  :)

Thanks to these instructions I've now managed to fix my Frilly Flower's stud. I'm quite happy with the result.  :)

Thanks Griffin! She's a recent purchase and I'm very glad she came with the broken piece.  :)
