I think she's gorgeous.
For the entire month of April I'll be featuring orange bodied ponies and also others that are nirvana. I'll continue to dedicate the first few days to birthday ponies in celebration of those born within that month. The last day of the month will be dedicated to a specific play set.

Sea Breeze was one of the first dozen My Little Ponies I ever bought for my collection. I didn't know about "fading pink" yet, but by chance I happened to choose one with relatively unfaded hair! Her condition is incredible; an almost spotless body, symbols are intact, and the mane and tail are soft. 9/10!
Hang on... Did anyone else notice that the MIB picture of Sea Breeze was seemingly taken outside?In the SUN!? What was the photographer thinking?
They probably thought natural sunlight was good for a photo :) I doubt they left it in the sun long.

Love her! I need more of the G1 Tropicals. :) Sea Breeze was one of the first ponies I got when I started collecting "properly" as an adult. She's orange and summery which are my favourite things. :P I guess I don't have a good pic of mine on hand...

So I read the title for this and went, huh, Sea Breeze isn't orange? Then I clicked the thread and went, oh yeah, that's the US name for Surfing Days.
For some reason I tend to forget that.
In any case, I wanted her as a kid but only had one opportunity where I might have bought her. Instead I chose Rainbow Magic, for reasons, and have never regretted it. But I do have her now, from the carboot sale.

I like the pony but I don’t like the pose, so I customise a bait Honeycomb into her she needs another coat of paint because she has specks of yellow paint (from a Barbie doll head that I painted the scalp yellow).

I found this one at a thrift store and her hair has been completely chopped off. So she's in my "rehair when I get a minute" box. I'm trying to decide if I want to do an alternate rehair on her so that it's very obvious that she isn't original. I just don't know what colors to choose...

I was never interested in brightly coloured ponies until recently. That somehow changed and if I had the space I would get them all (Tropical Ponies and the Paradise Baby Ponies). Surfing Days is the first Tropical Pony I got a few months ago, I love her colours, her pose and her cute fish symbol!

Had her and the rest of her group. Sadly I am selling most of my collection and she has recently left me! Lovely bright happy pony!
