Tricky Obitsu Question

I adore Hot Toys and making my own 1/6 figures from bodies and heads I buy off ebay, but what I'm used to isn't going to cut it for my new project. I want to make a child.
I've found Obitsu and I think the 21cm boy body will be perfect! However, I do not want to buy a blank head and do the faceup myself, I want to buy a realistically sculpted head and just stick it on the neck.

So my question is, will a 1/6 Hot Toys head fit and look alright?

If not, can anyone suggest any realistic boys heads that will fit an Obitsu 21cm body?

(I hope I'm making sense, I don't really know dolls very well)

  I was gifted an SD Haru last year so I'm rather fond of Obitsu, but I'm not too familiar with the Hot Toys line. Hopefully someone will come along and direct you in the right direction. Good luck with your new project!

A Hot Toys head?  If the character you're creating is supposed to be a caricature of the original, it should work. 21 cms are pretty small, though- if you're aiming for a serious/proportional character it may look a little wonky. Even if the head is small enough to work (which head are you using? I'm curious, now:) ) s/he will probably be quite swan-necked.

I've decided to put the idea on the back-burner for now because I figured that a Hot Toys head would be too large and look disproportional (and yeah pretty swan-necked lol). I was hoping to make a child or teenager that could pass for Tony Stark, but it just doesn't look like it'll work. I'll just stick with my Hot Toys

In my opinion 1/6 HT and 1/6 obitsu are two completely different worlds that don't mash up together succesfully.
