Ok I have a nightmare situation and I need advice on what to do.
I sent a parcel to Italy on the 5/11/13 via Royal Mail Airsure, which is tracked and insured.
So I got a message from the buyer about a week ago asking where the parcel is. I checked my tracking and it said this:

loginI then showed her a pic of the receipt, and she says her address is wrong. But I have written her address on the parcel EXACTLY as it is on eBay. I have checked this 10 times already.
Then she said the uk post workers must have put a sticker on the parcel saying the wrong address.
I tried to explain to her, in England the post office just takes my money and gives me a receipt!!!!!!
Anyway fast forward to today, I get the parcel back, and it has a little sticker on it which I believe means the address is unknown.
uuuuuuh well that is her address, she lives there!?

loginSo I have messaged the buyer to say that I would rather just refund her because if Italy post think her address does not exist then she will never get the parcel. I have given her the other option of paying the £10.25 again for me to send it to her again but I am pretty sure she will not pay that. She seems to think that this is the fault of Royal Mail.
NOW I know why people won't post to Italy!!!!
