Made as a follow-up to her accident in "Feeling Pinkie Keen". You'll learn who the nurse pony is later.

It's a funny idea, true enough. :lol: However, the perspective is off. It looks like either the ponies and the desk are all lying on their side on the floor, or the floor and wall are blending with each other. Perhaps a horizontal dividing line might be in order.
