I hate to break it to you, Tuney, but you're really not selling me on the older ponies.

Besides, I've pretty much stopped buying MLP. It's probably been months since I bought one. Sometime last year, in fact. And I don't intend to buy any more until this fall, when the TRU exclusive "fan favorites" collector's set comes out. Gotta get me a Lemon Hearts! She's my favorite background pony. Plus, I want the glow-in-the-dark Zecora.

Also, I've just spent far too much on MH dolls. I'm gonna have them coming out my ears soon!

Too bad, too bad.  We can never have too many cool pony photographers and it would be a treat to see some G1s get some of your fabulous artist's touch.  But maybe one day!  ;)

Thank you for the kind words. I'm sorry to disappoint.

That being said, I've just discovered that Lyra and Trixie are being sold separately and not just in the TRU exclusive collector's set that's coming out this fall. I think I might get Lyra if only to have a green pony (especially considering how the G4 Minty doesn't appear to be in the works). I am also loving the new Sunny Rays pony. I'll have to get her when she appears here in NZ, even though I don't really need another pegasus (although I could always get rid of my Fluttershy to make room for her).

Nothing like some awesome photographs to get me all a-twitter. :lovey: I just admire those who know how to work their cameras.

Whoa those are some lovely photos! You sure know your way with a camera, they're very pleasant to look at. I'll probably stick in your gallery for an hour or so, haha. Nice job!

I wish I could be good at photography, it'd be so cool to take pony pictures. Alas, the only person in my family that's good with a camera is my cousin. I'm not sure if we're allowed to post pictures ourselves too, but this is a picture I made that I really like!

You're most welcome!

Thank you for your kindness (almost typed kidneys wat)! I really like that picture, it really looks like it's night. What animal is that on the basket? It looks like a mix between the chicken and the ducklings, haha.

That's because it really was night! It was taken in the dark with a long exposure. The only light sources were the balloon itself and the flashlight I used to write Luna's name.

It's some kind of little birdie. I believe it came with the G3 MLP Christmas advent calendar my oldest daughter was given for her birthday a few years ago.

Ahh that's so cool! The writing is really creative by the way, I love the look!

Thanks. It wasn't easy. The only other one I've tried was with Pinkie Pie:

The light was white, but I colored it pink in photoshop.

I saw that one! It sounds really hard to achieve the right look, it probably is? It must've been a pain to do with quite a long name like Pinkie Pie. I like this photo as well, it's such a lovely picture! The light makes Pinkie's legs look long and slender. You did a nice job on her mane too.

Indeed. Sorry.

I think I must have taken at least 15 shots, if not 20, and that was the best of the bunch ... and it still wasn't quite what I wanted as it's still a little hard to read.

It does, doesn't it? I hadn't really noticed before.

Thanks. Took me hours to get it like that and all of 5 minutes for my three-year-old, whose Pinkie Pie it is, to undo it ...  :(
