They are both Series one I guess but different releases. The one on the bottom is from the blue bags. The one on the top looks it is a metallic  bag series one release.

You're right Wardah. I found one of my blue bag Care Bear bags and they were made by Hasbro and the newer metallic bags are made by Just Play.

And what do they mean flocked care bear cousin cats? If they're not gonna make the Cousins then why bother calling them that? They're Care Bear Cousins not Care Bear Kitties.
