Hasbro's missed opportunities?

You guys have great ideas... so I started playing with a pony generator.. first up, swimming pony, who Icecrystalline named Make-a-Splash as a potential name. They could be Sweet Heart Sisters and Big Brother ponies in the set.

I would have been awesome if Hasbro made a gymnastics pony in the same pose as the sweet steps ballerinas. I'm a gymnast so I would definitely want this pony.

I think a gymnastics pony would have been super cool - and very popular with young girls.    Also like the swimming pony idea, as well as a camping set (and a back to school set.)

Ohh a pilot pony would've been great! The closest we had to that was Baby Whirly Twirly, but I know my boyfriend would enjoy a pilot pony (he's in the airforce)

For me I am always amazed that Hasbro did not capitalise on the Punzie and Goldilocks angle and have a complete set dedicated to Fairy Tales.

I always wanted a princess ice skating pony as a kid...so my mum bought me the ice skating pony wear for my princess pony to wear, hey presto! Princess skater pony

Every 4 years, I hope that they come out with an Olympic set. Take 12 countries, and make ponies with the country's flag as a symbol, and colors from the flag as their hair color. Then use the Olympic symbol like a G3 hoof heart. I always say I am going to do a custom set, but I never do. I really gotta get on that. lol

Or even just one Olympic pony, with colors based on the hosting country!
I think the camping set would be awesome- WoodTick, Skeeter, Backpack (Baby Schoolbag's cousin)... oh, the possibilities!

Although there are plenty of sea ponies, Im suprised they didnt make glitter translucent versions!

I like all the sports ideas! Camping one sounds cute too! Really, there are no Olympics ponies!? Did G1 have special store exclusives like the newer gens have with TRU, Target, etc?

 They should have done fast food ones too, hahah a mcdonalds pony (not prize toys, but adult collectables)! If they havnt that is....
