Yyyyyyeah- I may have gotten myself in a little bit over my head. I wound up calling a new thrift store (A Whole Lotta Good) that recently opened and asking them if they had MLP- to which they said yes. I made sure to stop there today, on my way to an appointment....and on the way back >_> Picked up 2 ponies. One being a 50 cent Serendipidy that I couldn't say no to, because the price, and the other being Doseydotes. In between those stops, I dropped by Build-a-Bear, because people were passing around the $15 off coupons on Tumblr (after the 'pay your age day' fiasco), and I snagged one, and wound up taking Sunset Shimmer home. I couldn't pass her up. I've been waiting for years for a BaB to come out, and there was no way that I was going to pass up on her being $15 off, on top of that....(especially since I highly doubted I would've ever found her in the wild). But never again will I purchase from there. Way too pricey and too many kids.

And now......now I have to figure out where to display my new babies. Might keep Dosey in her box, since I've never had a MIP g3 before), I just barely manages to squeeze Serendipity in with the other g3 hers on their overcrowded display stand, but Sunset.....oi.....she's wondering where she can fit up on my display cubby, if only Pinkie moves her cupcake bloated derriere.....

I've loved Sunnybuns since RR. (and I loathe that FUNKO didn't make a vinyl figure of her when the full sized vinyls were in production.) I've been dying for her to have a BaB plush, also since that movie came out, so I caved. (it's about time, btw!) The guy who stuffed her was really nice and approachable. He filled her out nice and good, to make sure she stood display ready.

don't give up on searching! Scour every thrift store, garage sale, and swap meet! I never thought I'd find MIP g3, either, but lo and behold!
yeah, I had to stand in line for around 30 minutes, but it wasn't as bad as it was being reported on the news, for Pay your age day. That was MADNESS! I'm glad that people were kind enough to pass around the coupons online, for the people who didn't even leave their houses that day.

most definitely! I was looking for a stand or something at Goodwill, while I was there, but they were too pricey (and heavy). I want to continue putting my g4's into storage (so I can have room for g5). Bu no room for storage bins. XD

Wow! Lovely haul! Serendipity was like, the second or third pony I had, and first McDonald’s you growing up. So glad you found her and everybody else! Now that you mention it, I think we all need more shelves for ponies. Anybody care to ransack ikea with me?

my memory is crud. I have no idea what my first or second pony was. Haha.
Also, I don't have Ikea money. I get most everything at the 99 cents store or thrift sfores. XD (BaB, Target, Wal Mart and Ikea are superluxuries)

heh, yeah, I couldn't believe it when I walked into the store and saw a slew of Doseydotes, Spring Treat, and Toodleoo MOC! I never find anything mint in thrift shops. The fact that they were g3's, no less, is just gravy.
