Hi everyone, I'm Dreamtrees, a pony/80's toy lover who is also an artist. This is my first time posting my art on the forum. I'm a little nervous because I haven't really tried to show it on the net before (outside of instagram). I hope you all like them :3 These are G1 ponies (some I kind of made up, others are exact designs) in watercolor. I also just started experimenting with alcohol markers (last pic).

Another seapony. I don't think she is anyone in particular.

I made a third seapony painting and framed them just for the heck of it :3 (I like to imagine that if sea ponies were real they would be in natural habitats with fish and coral, in different parts of the world hehe)

Colored this for my first time with alcohol markers. I apologize for the quality of these pics - I don't have a scanner Dx (this is my latest drawing)
Most of these are experiments with watercolor and/or markers. I am going to work hard on getting better at drawing ponies in the future. I love drawing sea ponies though xD

aw thank you Safflower!! I'm glad to hear my style shows through and that you like em'! ^_^

I really love your style and those watercolors are so pleasing to the eye. Congrats fro your experience and effort. I can't wait to see more. =)

This is cute, very MLP-ish. It's sad you doesn't have a scanner so we can enjoy the pics in better quality

The alcohol markers turned out quite well.

These are lovely, I'm always partial to watercolours and other soft media! The marker piece looks fantastic, too - I use markers for most of my pony drawings, because they are more effortless to use than watercolours and come in such delicious pastel colours.
The set of three merponies looks fabulous all framed like that. Great job! I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work. ^.^

Thank you guys, you're all so sweet ^_^ I've done a new painting. I still have to add some small touches like clouds, (and go over the lines again) but this is the latest version...it's a Spring/Summer party for ponies. I've added Chief, Tootsie, Bluebell, Posey, Sunny Bunch, Sherbet and Baby Cuddles. Obviously there is no bbq/hot dogs at this party as horses are herbivores hehe (that's why there's fruit/vegetables) but I did add some dessert for a whimsical touch.

All of these are adorable! I especially like Sunglory and Creamsicle's drawings. Also, I the way you paint with the watercolors looks beautiful.

finished another painting not too long ago.... I call it "Picking Berries" (with Parasol, Duck Soup and Cherry Treats) :) tried scanning this time so it might look a lil funky
