Pass. I like Mommy Apple Delight, but not Dad or Baby. I never saw these guys in stores, were they sold singularly or as a family?

I love him, his tree symbols are so cool. I almost won him in an eBay lot but was outbid at the last minute! Maybe next time...

He's one of my all time favorite ponies! :D :heart: :lovey:
I wanted him really badly back in the day but never got him. I did find him in a store one time but was disappointed with how he looked and didn't get him (I have later realised it was a "no country" version I found). I then regretted not getting him but when I went back to the store he was gone and I never found him again :cloud:. I have been kicking myself for this ever since and I was longing for him even more after this. He plays a rather significant role in my Pony world. Years later when the Internet came around and I got on eBay Daddy Apple Delight was the very first pony I bought online. He got quite expensive with shipping and bank transfer and took a month to arrive from the US. When he got here he reeked of smoke and had yellow discoloration on the front legs. I was of course disappointed by that but I was also so happy to finally have him!! :sunny:
All this history with him has made me a bit obsessed with him and today I have four of him. I haven't been able to part with the ones I have found later.
Here are two of them: Daddy Apple Delight (my first one) on the left and Daddy Golden Delicious (my third one) on the right. My first one is HK, the other three are China.

Have! He was one of my first boys I think. Him and his wife are among my favorite ponies! I think I like her better than him though. I think the green on his romp marks should be greener? Idk. Regardless, I love his design!

He's not on my wishlist, but I would like to have him at some point. Also, if he were a person he would definitely be a pale redhead with freckles and brown eyes. He just looks like that. :lol:
