I am going to bump this over to the Corral for you.  PL

Oh good I am glad you found when they were supposed to arrive.

eBay likes to make things complicated when it comes to trying to find out important information. It's kinda like trying to call their customer support. I have done it a 100 times and it still takes me 20 minutes to find their number.  >_<

Is this who you are looking for?

I know it's easy to think the worst first but hopefully your seller is genuinely trying to make things right.  If you accept for them to resend the item you will still be protected, so no worries. Just do not close out the case. If you do not receive your replacement before the case expires(30 days), you need to escalate it to eBay for resolution. Don't let the 30 days pass you by, and don't let the case close automatically.  Escalate to ebay before that happens.

I hope all will go well for you. Please keep us posted.

*locking this up per arena rules*

While I understand your intentions were not to out the buyer for a bargain, we still do not allow posts that are to congratulate or out what the buyer paid in anyway. It can make buyers very uncomfortable. Thanks for understanding.

There is a couple ways you can proceed. Since the fault rests on your buyer for not providing a correct mailing address, I would suggest to her that she can repay the shipping and you will resend or that once the item returns back you can reimburse her for the cost of the pets. I would in no way refund her the original shipping costs.

As far as the item being returned to you it may take a bit longer as USPS uses the slowest method possible when items get returned to the original sender. So I would sit tight for right now and message her back explaining that to her. If she does open a case, don't worry. If you shipped to the address that the buyer provided with the payment (you'll see this on the transaction's Order Details / the PayPal Transaction Details page), call eBay, provide the tracking number and mention that the buyer provided an invalid address. They may escalate and close the case in your favor.

Unfortunately after 90 days eBay deletes them. If you used Turbo Lister or similar and didn't manually delete them, they will still be in that program.

Good grief! I will never get some buyers. Anyways you said it has been since April, so depending on the exact date in April, the buyer has 6 months to file a claim through Paypal. If you are past this I would tell him tough noogies, he has had ample time to make sure the DVDs worked.

I would contact him back and kindly tell them that they are way past the return window, and you cannot accept a return.  I would also state "sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused"... etc. for prosperity.

She needs to go into her cart and at the very top of the items she added there is a request total button. She needs to click that and then you will be able to reduce the shipping cost for her. eBay just changed all that recently. Also you are correct that your items are still available for sale, just because she added them to her cart actually means nothing.

Ahhh you spelled it with an "E" at the end, when it is actually a "U" thus me not being able to find it in a member search.   ;)

Yes I know, I have been trying to buy Spring since then, but for the first few months she could not find a box, then she did not know the shipping costs and then there was something wrong with her computer :/ But she is active on her Facebook page so that is no good reason to ignore me...

Nope not a good reason not to. It seems perhaps she is not in a huge hurry to sell her then after all.  :(

I had to slightly edit your post. We do not allow full name, email address's, etc. posted for privacy reasons.

I am sorry your having trouble reaching her. I do not know who she is and the name you provided does not bring up any users here with that name? Are you sure she is a member here?

I am having trouble finding a member with that exact user name. Is that her full name?

Trader & Shipping Support / Re: eBay - Mark item as received?
« on: October 12, 2015, 03:35:16 AM »
I don't think that you are able to mark it as received as a buyer. If she uploaded tracking, her funds should be released no sooner than three days after the TRACKING showed that your item was received.

Hhm, does it not automatically come up as received when you leave feedback?

I am pretty sure your right or it is at least one of the requirements for getting your funds released sooner anyhow.
