The owner and his mom go to all the toy stores in the area and buy up all the rare figures to scalp online. That's according to the TRU manager on wrestlingfigs, "PJ", who apparently works near their main store.

It's disgusting how they try to take advantage of collectors, but they only exist because of desperate buyers .

I think the toywiz excuse is:
This is the only MIB we have in stock.
The price is to help with insurance on shipping.
or We don't know how much it's worth. Big, older gen so it has to be expensive.

Wow....I hope they've just misread or miscalculated somehow. Is this set even that rare?

I am going to hope for a mistake in pricing but unfortunately I wouldn't be surprised by any of the excuses put forward by Marona - a general lack of knowledge, only one in stock [therefore rare!?] and older generation [therefore valuable].

Their shop = their call in pricing but ToyWiz are notoriously over priced in my personal opinion so I guess it just goes as standard.
