I love everything about this Fakie's random box. Including the G3 Cheerilee with Easter basket. And is that a mushroom and some plates the pony comes with?

That G1 design was definitely used in some merchandise artwork.  I can think of a Mom & Baby Glory puzzle off the top of my head.

The picture on top...I'm sure that's someone's art too. I know I've seen various recolors in people's signatures here. Maybe I'm wrong but the face and eyes look wrong for official G1 art.

I love this kind of thing...its such blatant artwork theft that its unashamed!

Also...is the lying pose on the top of the box reminding anyone of some original art? I know its very like the HB G1 line art you sometime see Confetti and Posey in but there is something about the line art which is reminding me of an actual artist...hmmm....

I work at a discount variety store and we get fakies for all kinds of toys haha Im so used to seeing the g3 art on fakies. The odd thing about our fakies are that only one pony uses a g3 mould, the rest are outright fakie moulds. However we have recently been getting in real pony toys (only 3.5 though) Which [retty much means its clearance time for the 3.5's
