« on: July 20, 2018, 02:30:34 AM »
Hi,

I want to learn doing customs and restoring some G1s. For customs I use fakies. In this forum I found valuable hints and information. Thank you all! And there helpful resources in the internet.
Here I want to show some results. This journey is exciting ...

Pony Corral / Does someone know something about this fakie?
« on: July 07, 2018, 02:18:18 PM »
Today I found this fakie on the flea market. It looks like it was made in g1 times and seems to be one of the better quality fakies. It's pose reminds of the Posey pose, but the pony is smaller. I have never seen this kind of fakie before. Does anyone else know these? The silly part of this pony is that it has cloven hooves like a cow has

Hi, does anyone know where you can order a cheap batch of crumpet fakies? I heard they are still produced but couldn't find any.
They are awesome for creating customs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks! :)

Introductions / Tinka is new :-)
« on: April 03, 2012, 10:20:48 AM »
Hi,

I am not yet a pony collector.
My interest started when I wanted to draw a special pony for a child.
So I went to the cellar and dug out the ponies of my childhood to have a model for the drawing.
When I found my good old ponies I thought: Wow, what a mess! And then I used the internet to find ways of cleaning them properly.

I looked at so many cute ponies and well, what can I say, within a few days I had bought about 10 ponies online from Germany, England and the USA.
So I guess I am somewhat infected with the virus.
One of my main hobbies is drawing (I have too many hobbies  ) and I am sure it is not for long and you will see some examples .

I like very much G1 ponies. And because G3 looks a little like G1 I partly sympathize with a them, too.

I live in Germany.

Greetings,

Tinka
