Price Check: Fancy Fashions Boutique Playset

No figures or accessories, just the playset. Seems to be in good shape, a few very minor marks and a little scuffed paint from play, but otherwise in good shape.

Ponyville can be a harder sell - just the shell and nothing else perhaps $4? It seldom sells when just by itself and priced above $5 unfortunately.

With the popularity of G4 blind bags, I did think these may improve. But Hasbro now releasing specific playsets for G4 I think is going to cancel out that possibility.
