odd message from paypal/ ebay... scam?

I JUST got one very similar to that today too! I think the amount was even the same. So it's obviously a very new scam going around.

the bell rang to me mostly because the were two, for an odd amount with an odd description, but what really make me think it was spam is that a few months ago i got more of this kind of emails, but those were like " hello we are from the UK bank leting you know a lot expenses were done with your account!" it looked pretty official, but well, im not even in the UK so i was pretty sure it was spam, that made me double check the other message


im wondering how they got our emails, maybe from ebay sellers on china?
