Found Glitter Celebration Luna and Twilight at Target today.  Also spotted Rarity and Applejack from the Friendship School line.  Apparently their outfits have a design that can be revealed (on AJ's hat and Rarity's dress) but it didn't say how so I'm assuming it has to do with the school play set.

Yes, there is some light in the school playset that makes the designs show up. I kinda want the school because it just seems neat, but I don't know if it's $60 "neat"...

If I wait until more toward Black Friday I bet the playset will show up with additional ponies, likely at Walmart and the like.

If I had to guess, the rest of the Fall toy stuff should probably pop up around December? No idea on countries, but a couple things that Hasbro said will be Fall 2018 that aren't out yet have release dates on US Amazon as December 1st, so I think the US at least should see the Best Gift Ever line, the new singles, the new double packs, etc, around that time.

No idea how recent this is for Argos, but the Ultimate Equestria collection complete with brushable blue Luna appears to be on their site. Expensive though...

Argos also seem to have some clearance items (Shining Armour/Cadence/Flurry Heart reboot set £6.99). They also have some Cutie Mark pack with Tempest Shadow and another bunch of mane 6 on clearance as well.
