As for Pretzel, I think it's a cute name. I don't think there'd be a TM issue for her, really. Reason being that trademarks etc are assigned by category. Pretzel is a food item, and the pony is definitely not a food item. Probably within those separate categories, such a name logging is fine. I've seen this before with stuff - that a TM is registered in particular categories and the same term can be registered in other categories unconnected with the original. That's one reason toy companies register the names in so many different subcategories, I think.

Pretzel is fine here, also. We don't really use the term in any other way in the UK.

And I wasn't sure about her from photos but I like her in real life, once I sorted her hair out. She reminds me a bit of Sparkleworks though...

i love "Pretzel " because it's such a practical down to earth name!  Usually unicorns get a little more floofie and "bedazzled" LOL.   

i got her off HTS but need Coloratura (speaking of bedazzled!!)

Pretzel is back in stock at the Hasbro site
I reordered mine since they sent me Twlights instead of Pretzels, because they had their listings screwed up .
they did gift me the Twilys but then I was with only 1 pretzel and it was for a for a friend.

but now is all good , hope to see them soon

Entertainer in White City had FS Starlight Glimmer. No pearlies on the shelves though. First time I saw her. Also a ton of EQG dolls going back to Rainbow Rocks, still (!). They still have Coloratura etc on website but you do genuinely have to order it into a store and collect it. Also a weird sitting Twilight Sparkle styling thingy.

Smyths in Friern Bridge had one Fluttershy with Ribbons, otherwise an army of Rainbow Dash with headband. Also the larger size styling ponies, including TS with rainbow wings.

Found Sparkle Bright Celestia and Twilight Sparkle today at my local Smith's Marketplace.  They also have Cadence and Luna (but I already had those).  Plus, they were buy one get one half off with your Smith's card so that just made getting them better.

I found wave 2 of the pearlized brushables at Target today, as well as wave 2 of the deluxe articulated brushables (the set with Rarity, not Coco Pommel).
