Quick Want: Bait or Non-mint SPRINGY

I am cosplaying Springy and I want one to carry around with me so people understand quicker what I'm supposed to be. As such, I'm seeking a "loved" condition G1 Colorswirl Springy... one that won't break the bank and that's already got its flaws so I don't feel guilty carrying it around with me or shoving it into a bag.

I'm not sure what kind of price range to expect for this gal in less-than-stellar condition, hope it's within my budget! Shipping will be to USA zipcode 30096. I'd like it to arrive fairly soon, so US sellers preferred. I suspect though, that I won't be able to be terribly picky when asking for this rare pony.
