I've been struggling to find out as well. I didn't get a lick of interest when I tried to sell my entire Pullip collection!
Maybe it has to do with international shipping? I dunno :(

Hi pony friends,

As you recall, we lost one of our own earlier this spring. He was a truly beloved and dear friend of mine. <3

https://mlparena.com/index.php?topic=405416.0

If you were a close friend of heftysmurf76 within the MLP collecting community and:

A. Made him a pony custom you would like back

OR

B. Would like a specific item from his collection to remember him by that represents your friendship and memories with Topher

Please message me and I would be happy to make arrangements with you. Due to space limitations, I will need to begin my work of properly dispersing the pony collection starting on August 1st.

Topher is survived by his mother, Marian, who he provided care for, and his dog, Winnie. If you would like to help provide Marian and Winnie with support, please message me. <3

Has the new Target store 3-pack minis been discussed here yet?  They were mentioned in a Facebook group and I found them today at my Target in the Southeast US.  It’s just a repackaged Firefly, Bubbles and Gusty but the packaging is neat.

Thank you both. Hey Harmonie, I just read back and seen that you're moving states. Hopefully you will check in and say hi when you're all settled. I'm impressed that you're making such a big move. I've moved around wuite a lot over the years. I find that only after 3 or 4 years do I start to feel at home somewhere, maybe because to begin with I'm usually preoccupied with stuff inside the house and only get to know the area later on. I'm also quite shy. So anyway, if you do feel a bit flat to begin with I'm sure it will all work out. Anyway, hope everyone is well. I took the baby to Mum and Dad's hoping for a break but it wasn't very relaxing. I am thinking of going back to work for a rest.

Hi! Thanks for thinking of me!

I arrived in Connecticut in mid-June. The feelings of grief seemed to evaporate pretty quickly for me. I don't know how, because they were pretty deep. I suppose it's because I have wanted to live in the Northeast since my teens and now I finally do! I love Connecticut! I have felt content since I got up here.

The fact that my former state has made news for bad politics numerous times since I moved up here also helps. Lol (that blasted Ryan Walters. What a monumental fool he is!)

With that said, a lot of things are still not set in place. I still haven't found my job unfortunately, which means that I'm still in temporary housing. And but a few weeks ago I got pancreatitis and had to have my gallbladder removed. Nothing says welcome to a new state like spending several days in a hospital there, I suppose.  :ack:

The number of nice weather days and evenings up here has been a pleasant surprise. Also lots of hot days and storms, but the nice days in summer you just don't get where I came from.

This last week I finally found some time to go to the coast. I got to spend some time in Mystic and Stonington (both very neat places!) and the next day I got to spend the day at the beach. I'm not used to beaches, nor am I an outdoor person by any stretch of the imagination but there is still something neat about living near the beach! =)

Ooh, I actually found Tilly and Finley today! I didn't see Bailey, though. I bought both Finley and Tilly.

I intend to take better photos for an in-depth overview for Tumblr later, they're getting their hair dried right now. I would say they're definitely bigger than the photo makes them, as you can see compared to the G3!

The hair seems to be nylon, I think? I'm questioning myself because it's kind of oily, but I shampooed & conditioned it and it seemed porous. The ends on mine were stringy right out of the box and had some waves from the way they're packaged, so I imagine I'll do that with all of them. I'm just letting their hair dry mostly straight. I'll be able to give more accurate information tomorrow.

I also hope to pick up an extra Finley to take apart (I would be the one to do that, wouldn't I?) for custom research. Their heads seem to be a ball joint (and probably yoink-able). One front leg has multiple points of articulation whereas the others just bend at the body. They can be a little tricky to stand up and their pose has one of the legs pushed inwards a bit, so you can't splay their legs out completely. Hard to explain. When I take photos in the next few days I'll try to illustrate that.

The base models themselves are the same on both of these, just the coloration differs. The rooting is four or five rows (I forget) with a circular row of rooting for the bangs. Tilly's bangs are NOT glued down!

Thanks for the comparison pics TrTl.

Yeah when MLP collecting hit the mainstream, the delight really ... died.
Now there's such a small chance of finding hidden treasures at the thrift store, even the donations staff know to put it aside and put it in the display case with a much higher price.
I feel very lucky to have had a large collection and then having filled other people's shelves with joy and happiness when I did, because now I really dislike that trying to sell ponies is usually filling someone else's re-seller shop inventory for an online store.  Nearly everyone I know from "Ye Olde Days" has stopped collecting because the ponies are so expensive, and the shipping is 3x the actual pony cost.

There's a budget Cleo on the way. I know I keep mentioning that blue film on her eyes but it bothers me!! It looks like someone hasn't removed the protective coating! As good as she looks with blue hair, that's a Nefera thing -_- I wanna see Nef re-released or what she will look like in G3.

Two Megablocks sets are coming, one for Draculara and one for Clawdeen. Honestly? These are super cute!!! I would LOVE one for Abbey to sit on my DVD shelf next to my Monster High DVDs, I think they'd look uhh-mazing. I don't know who I would bracket it with ... Maybe Clawdeen, or another ghoul but an Abbey would be a MUST HAVE if it were ever to be made. I think these would be fantastic display pieces and I adore the presentation

EDIT: I spotted new listings on Entertainment Earth; Loungefly will be bringing out a few MH items for Hallowe'en like a wallet, a backpack and a crossbody bag coin purse. I am tempted by the wallet, but I already have two Loungefly wallets; a Daengerys (Qarth) one and a House of the Dragon Targaryen one. For the latter, I was planning to use it but I found the lack of coin and note section VERY VERY difficult! Why do they not have coin sections???

Good luck Minty Magic!

Small thing but I found some plastic trays/boxes that fit my sea ponies perfectly. So they will have their own little boxes and be out of the dust. Yay!
