The Dollhouse / Re: Rainbow Brite Help

OMG What a great find! They're in great condition, usually the little stars from the belts are gone!
We love RB at our home. My 5-year-old is all about rainbows right now so we had a RB birthday party (virtual of course!) and she has the costume!

The cards are from a memory card game

I recognize the camping set on picture 2 & 3.
I would definitely check https://www.rainbowbrite.net/

How fun, hope this helps!

Thank you so much for the info! I sincerely appreciate it! My husband went back the other day and found the car and when he went back yesterday he found a ton of G1 MLP stuff. I'm gonna have so much fun cleaning up the ponies and going through the accessories and playsets. I feel like I'm in heaven right now. Haha.

I'm happy to hear your 5-year-old loves rainbows and RB! The birthday party sounds like it was a lot of fun! <3

WOW and congrats!

Thank you so much! <3

Nice Haul!!!! I can't help with worth but I can say I would have done a little dance over a score like that! XD Congrats!!

Thank you!!! I was so shocked to see all these goodies when I got home from work.

The Dollhouse / Rainbow Brite Help

Hey! It's been a while! My husband found a lot of Rainbow Brite dolls and playsets at a thrift store and wanted some more info and pricing on them. They're surprisingly in fairly good condition!

I checked Ghost of the Doll and was able to get a decent amount of info on the dolls and which playsets/pieces of playsets he found. The only things I'm not sure about are the cards in the first picture underneath the dolls, the small, long rainbow pillow in the first and second picture, and the purple chair in the third picture (not sure if this is a RB item or not). I can take more pictures if needed.

Thank you so much for all your help! :)

My pink and blue yarn Yoshi amiibos came in today! They're so stinkin' cute!

The other night I watched American Tail, American Tail: Fievel Goes West, and Secret of Nimh. American Tail and its sequel were pretty creepy/dark. The first one even had a song where a few mice sang about how one of their family members/loved ones were killed by cats. Then the sequel was all about cats turning an entire population of mice in the west into food. The Secret of Nimh was pretty dark, but in a different sense, but I enjoyed that one much more. Don Bluth films definitely weren't afraid of being dark. I enjoyed them a lot as a kid.

Asking me what my favorite mug is like asking me who my favorite child is even though I have no children! They're all the best! This one is my favorite right now even though it's a tea cup:

Depending on work I may or may not travel. Working retail sucks so I can't see my mom's side of the family like ever, especially for the holidays.

I am attempting to relearn German. I took it in high school and a little bit in college, but I haven't spoken it in like 6 years so I have forgotten a lot of what I had learned. Watching Disney movies in German has helped me not completely forget the language. I was hoping to take classes in the fall and winter, but the classes were on Saturday and since I work retail, there's no way I could take the classes. I learn much better in a classroom setting than on my own so I'm hoping to take classes again soon. I do need to go digging through my workbooks and papers from high school and use those to try and refresh my memory.

Other languages I'd like to learn are Swedish and Japanese, but my main focus is German. ^.^

Oh man. Maybe I'm just really weird, but I love "scary" kids movies like Brave Little Toaster, Secret of Nimh (that was the book I checked out the most in elementary school), All Dogs Go to Heaven, Land Before Time, Anastasia, and of course various Disney movies that had scary scenes. I'm kinda more excited to see it now. And now I'll spend the rest of my night on Netflix watching these movies. Haha!

I'm playing Ocarina of Time as we speak right now. I just bought it for the Wii U. I'm also playing Final Fantasy X/X-2 on and off. I'd be playing Yoshi's Woolly World right now, but I'm waiting for my Rewards R Us coupons to be available so I can get it for a good discount. I just bought a PS4 and some big things for the nieces on Black Thursday/Friday so I racked up at least $20 worth. Haha. I just wish it didn't take 15 days for points to post to my account.

I remember those! I think I had one. If not, I know either my cousins had 'em or some childhood friends did.

I usually put up our tree after Thanksgiving, but I put it up a little earlier this year because I got really bored and needed something to do.

I was finally able to order the blue and pink yarn yoshi amiibos on Target's website last night during their cyber monday sale! Now I anxiously await their arrival. I'm also kicking myself for not picking up Palutena back in July, but she isn't too expensive on EBay so I'll probably just pick her up there. The only other amiibos I want besides Palutena are Rosalina, Falco, Yoshi, green yarn Yoshi, Zelda, Lucina, Link and Zero Suit Samus. I didn't realize how many I still wanted. Haha! I just bought a PS4 so I'm kinda broke at the moment, but I'll be asking for those for Christmas as much as my parents want to get me adult things. lol

I love love LOVE loose leaf tea and get all my tea from Adagio. I'm very lucky to live close to all three of their stores here in the Chicagoland area. I'd also go with a sampler pack with various different teas. I'm sure they'll like whatever you get them though. ^.^
