with the reveal of monster high's sdcc exclusive it got me wondering what the mlp exclusive will be. for some reason I feel like it will be flutterbat. what do you guys think?

I am betting on an EQG & pony set which has some kind of importance to the FiM fandom. And someone is sure to do something Discord eventually.

You can see I am keeping my expectations low That way things can only go up.

I hadn't considered a doll and pony set but now that you mention it I can definitely see it happening!
but which doll/pony would they do? most of the characters in FiM already have an eqg doll version of themselves. expect muffin pony/whatever her name is, so maybe it'll be her? hmmmm

Discord probably...with all the attention he gets from his crazy fandom,i'm pretty sure Hasbro noticed by now but why isn't there atleast a blind bag of him? 
Or  a funko? (Unless they're getting the small stuff out the way)

So he must be being saved as a SDCC exclusive (and another one I'll GLADLY pass up on  )

I hope whatever they do they make a separate Fair exclusive this year. Last year's was rather disappointing.

I'm with Cat and I suspect it will be an EqG doll and pony combo, but a Flutterbat vinyl would make sense too.

Maybe, just maybe they might use the ponyzillas for something. But maybe that is a bit too much. I'd be so sad if Muffin Pony was re-released as a doll, not because I don't like her but because Hasbros quality has been the equal to mulch pretty much.

I'd really like to see a return to the gorgeous fair pony exclusives of G3, done in the G4 fashion pony size and style. I like Muffin and was willing to shell out for her, as well as DJ, but even then I was a bit iffy on her since she's more of a collectible than a traditional MLP.

In short, I want pretty, elegant, artsy exclusives. <3

I'm a huge fan of them bringing back the Art ponies, they were beautifully done and obviously completely new characters. They would be lovely in G4 form. Although I would love to see some G1 love as well, not holding my breath for either of those options.

Keeping my fingers crossed that it's not Discord, not a huge fan of his to begin with (he annoys me to no end) and most importantly, he's not a pony.

Funny I was just thinking about this today sounds like some good predictions a Pony EQG doll, a Funko Vinyl Discord, etc. Although as much as I would love a villian or a couple new Funko vinyls, I have a feeling it will be glitter Spitfire and Bon Bon, which I am still cool with! As for the fashion style sized pony I have no clue who they would do this year? Maybe Spitfire, or Trixie.

What I'd like and what I THINK it might be are different-

Things I'm positive of:
*  It will be G4
*  It will be a "fan favorite" of some sort  (Like the DJ and muffin pony were) - good bets? Whooves, Octavia, Discord...  okay I'm forgetting them now, but you get the idea.

Things I'm less sure of:
*  It will probably be fashion style size?
* It may be a set of ponies?
* It could very well be a EQ girl/pony set (although as much as I like some of the dolls, I really hope this is not the case unless they do a KILLER job on the doll)

I've talked to others who suspect it will be Time Turner/Dr. Whooves. Which makes sense making it a brony favorite, much like last years DJ-Pon3. I'm not a fan of Dr. Whooves, so I hope I'm wrong (not that I'm going to SDCC anyway) Maybe it will be something completely surprising to everyone.

I wish it was something G1 based, but if I had to guess I'd say it would be G4.  A Big Mac or Luna would be awesome, but I feel they'd be more likely to do another background character.

I just really hope it's a pony with brushable hair. Didn't someone already mention it's two this year? That makes me believe Doll and pony set also.

While I'd love a G4 set biased off the G1 ponies I'm almost sure we'll get something EQG but maybe it'll be cool who knows.
