Angel, I just quickly popped the head of my normal Mexican posey, and her head weave is pretty messy in there also. Lots of stray hairs and such.

I also think I remember seeing another lilac hair posey come up from the ebay seller Exin Goblin (spelling) a few years back. Although I'm not sure I saved photos. I will try to search on my old hard drive.

The hair is definitely mexican. It is the exact same hair that is on my Mexican star pony (twilight). If it was me angel, I would just get a couple of tiny zip ties and put them on very tight. Alternatively, look for a mexican star pony donor replacement tail.

Yeah, I bought a Peruvian posey and lickety split from cotton medley and they never showed up. She claimed she sent them, but they never arrived. At the time I believed her, but after all the other scamming came to light... I don't think so.

Saying that, we shouldn't infer SockThief is Cottonmedley until there is proof. In PMs they don't seem like the same person to me at all.

Would super-glue near where the tail is tied help keeping it together? I would also try adding the two zip-ties as someone else mentioned instead of the orange string to ensure her tails safety. Perhaps this along with glue could save her? :/

Wow! There is a lot to take in in this thread and my tiny brain should be asleep!

I started researching lilac posey as I do remember one from a while ago. I think we always knew her to be a true variant. I am sure I've seen another, but I could be mixing her up with the Peru version.

Skeen I'm sorry that seeing this pony is giving you grief it's the first time I've seen a pony from a scam reappear! 

If I remember correctly, socktheif got lilac Posey in a lot of some kind or aution site or craigslist in Mexico.  I would need to double check that fact though

I don't think they're the same person, but CM's Facebook account shows she is friends with a man whose name is identical to the name on the Paypal account angelponies sent payment to.  They are at least linked in some way, even if they're not the same person.

PayPal is looking into my escalated case and she has until
The 20th to respond and do far I don't think she has
If they just close my case and don't issue me a partial refund then I will send her another message asking for shipping refund and $10 for pony value due to flaws when was suppose to be mint but I doubt get I a red cent

Pony hugs all round, this behaviour makes me so mad. I've been scammed once before over a pony sale and I'm still a bit sore about it.

well on a good note, from the looks of the other thread about this, everyone seems to be slowly receiving their ponies.. maybe not as expected but hold out hope because they seem to be arriving.
