Just ADDED MOC Argie Paradise with a question!!

Okies I have a dilema!

I bought this MOC Argentina Paradise for $650.00. At first the guy wanted $1,000 for it, and I told him that is just way too much. She is extremely rare to get MOC, so when he offered her to me for $650, I made payments, but when I got the card he failed to tell me that there was a big open crack in the top of it 

He wants to refund me only $100.00 I am asking him to refund me $225.00 since he didn't tell me about the condition of the card accurately

What do you Nirvana experts think? I am thinking she isn't worth the $650 with a crack in her, but he seems to think she is still worth it  I was thinking $425.00 is plenty fair in that condition.

we really need rel to see this, she is the argie queen.

loose argie paradie can go for between $100-$200, so MOC $500 wouldn't surprise me as i have never seen her MOC before, ever!

Yeah, I have never seen her MOC either, so I know that she is rare, I was thinking that $650 was a little bit on the higher end, but she was such a rare gem I think that it woulda been fair if the bubble wasn't ripped open on her head

Aw too bad about the crack! That´s so disappointing 650 is too much considering the crack and all, even though she´s still a gem and rarity! I hope you cabn have at least 200 back from him!

imho $650 was too much to begin with but since you both agreed to the price, that is fair.

im thinkin, the flaw in the card, if it were any other pony, wouldnt take the price down very much... for instance if you paid $200 for a MOC pony and the card was damaged the discount may be like $20-40 er somethin.
the flaw in the card doesnt take away from the rarity of the pony.
i dunno... it makes sence in my head, maybe somone else can explain a different reasoning.

maybe somone else is thinking a percentage discount should apply since it was an expensive purchase??

Yep I was thinking percentage since it was an expensive purchase, however he doesn't really have the money, so he is sending me another pony instead of money, so I told him that was fine, thanks for the input everyone

i am glad to hear you have been able to work something out that both you and the seller are happy with angel, that is what is most important

the argie pony cards and bubbles do seem more delicate that the hong kong card and bubbles, i wonder if it is to do with the enviroment that they have been stored in? or ever the manufacture?
