I know we all like to jokingly refer to the tarantula-lashes princess ponies (http://mylittlewiki.org/wiki/Princess_Royal_Pink (http://mylittlewiki.org/wiki/Princess_Royal_Pink)) as looking like drag queens... but has anyone actually made a drag queen pony? I'm really curious! I did a little searching, and after going back to 2013 and only finding dragon customs, I'm wondering if it's ever been done at all!! Please share your examples with me, I'm really curious to see if there are any! :)
Because pony customs are what? Sickening! :P

Those are neat! I never thought much about drag ponies, but now I want to see more!
Loved all the Frank-n-Furters; cookhuman has had hers as a profile pic for quite a while and I have been obsessed with the idea since.

Aww, thank you Vampyrefay!! That's actually me, LOL!! Those were the two drag ponies I ended up making! ;) Here's their pictures in case anyone wanted to see how my drag pony experiment worked out! I had to finish them the day before Dragcon, LOL!

This is Trixie Mattel! Or, I guess, Trixie Hasbro? Trixie Mattel is a musician who plays the autoharp, and her aesthetic is based around Barbie and VERY overdramatic makeup looks! So I made her very pink, painted on gigantic lips, and put an autoharp next to her logo! She's my very first attempt at using alpaca fiber for the hair (I copied a BJD wig-making tutorial, only I glued it to her head instead of a wigcap!), and using fake eyelashes for a custom! I didn't get to give her to her namesake, so Trixie-the-pony is staying with me!

This is Thorgy Thor! She was a lot of fun to make - when I saw that tinsel hair, I knew that's the look I wanted for my pony version! I tweaked her look a little bit (red glitter lips, my first time adding glitter!), and I painted a violin on her hip, since Thorgy plays one! I got to meet her at Dragcon, and I gave her the pony - she seemed really impressed, and was so much fun to meet!! :heart:

I've made Brian Slade from Velvet Goldmine but he's more glam rocker than a drag queen I guess - I don't want to offend anyone. o_O
But I think he has a quite feminin style =)

Berrymouse, so sorry for the late reply!! He's beautiful!! I love the paint work on his shirt especially! His style is VERY dramatic, I think he fits in well!! I was trying to make human-based ponies with high fashion and he fits the bill! :) Thanks for sharing!!

Not sure if she 100% counts, but I made a Hedwig (and the Angry Inch) pony way back in the day when I first started customizing. She's not dolled up all that fancy (big hair, showy eyes and lips and simple symbol... if I remember correctly, one hip had the Hedwig wig and the other had the Tommy Gnosis/Origin of Love face) but I think she turned out pretty well. I wonder where I put her...
