Great way to clean so softs
« on: April 06, 2012, 07:42:12 PM »
I just bought G1 taffy on ebay for $14 as she was pretty dirty. I thought I'd see if I could get her clean and...I did! I used oxyclean pretreater stick. I let it sit for a few minutes on an area that started out black. Then I scrubbed it gently with a toothbrush. I did that a few times over and it came out! :frolic:
I was very excited  as she was in great condition under all the dirt. Her flocking is almost perfect! Only 1 candy symbol is fading but otherwise, she's lovely. :lovey:   If you're looking for something to try on so softs, I would recommend the oxyclean pretreater stick. You may have to do it more than once but it definitely works:)

Cool! I'll keep that in mind of I ever find any dirty so softs, that is, if I ever find one in general. I wonder how that would work on normal ponies. :)
