What flavor caramels should I do for each pony?

Right now, I'm busily filling my Etsy shop with all kinds of pony themed caramel. In addition to the three I have in my shop right now, I'm planning on:

Applejack: apple cider
Pinkie Pie: cupcake
Rarity: vanilla bean sea salt
Twilight Sparkle: lavender and chamomile
Fluttershy: raspberry hibiscus
Rainbow Dash: blue raspberry energy drink
Celestia: lemon coconut
Luna: coffee and dark chocolate
Drama Pony: blueberry muffin

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

What about acai and pomegranate for Shining Armor? Y'know, since they help boost immune systems and stuff.... and what about an orange and tangerine one for Uncle Orange? Mmm.... a rose and chocolate for Cadence would be delicious. Rosemary or thyme would be cool for Zecora.

Ooooh, those are great ideas! I was thinking of an herby sort of flavor for Zecora, I'll have to do some experimenting. And I love the idea of a pomegranate-based one for Shining Armor!

Thank you! Adding different ingredients to the base caramel recipe changes the flavor. Like for the raspberry ones, I'll puree some raspberries (because I love the natural taste), strain the seeds out, then add that. For more liquid ingredients like the apple cider, I reduce it down by boiling it on the stove first. ^^
