I had a figure like that one ! I don't remember what it is called anymore, but I'm sure someone will help in the Ghost of Doll forum ! Absolutely sure !

It almost looks like one of the pets from the 80's version of Strawberry Shortcake, but I can't remember a doll with a pet female dog with a bow.

I remember something about those toys being called something with Bonnie in it xD I had a small girl with a big bow like that and a dog like that but with a dress and was standing like a human. Also, it came with a small orange locomotive that the figures could stand on. I still have that one ! It's a shame I can't give you any more info on it, though...

The dog looks familiar, but I don't know what she's from either, sorry! The wishing well looks like the one that went with a petite pony playset though
