Many teams kick off today (and some did yesterday) in the land of college football!  The wait for this exciting season is over!

My LSU Tigers host North Texas this evening.  Geaux Tigers!

My team had their first game today too, the big rivalry showdown against CU!  And we won!    It's the first year I haven't been to the Rocky Mountain Showdown since I started college in 2006, but the band didn't need any alumni assistance this year and I couldn't afford a ticket lol.  CSU doesn't have a great football program, but this was the first game with a new coach and I am hopeful for the rest of the season because they played REALLY well!
