Help Please: Any REALLY GOOD tips/tutorials for sculpting hair?

Hi everyone!
So, I'm still working on my custom pony projects.   Gosh, I have SO MANY ideas running through my head (and written on paper, too).  I've done a few rehairs now, and a couple with sculpted hair.  I have plans to do more of each, too...

But I was wondering if anyone has any good tips or tutorials for sculpting hair.  I will be using sculpey to make a pony with a sculpted curly ponytail (think: human hair ponytail).   However, any hair sculpting tips would be appreciated, too.

Any tips, advice or links would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for looking!

I used to think I hated sculpted hair.

Until I started seeing customs by Tamisery on DeviantArt. (She's here on the arena, but I think under a different name that I can't remember  ) Her sculpting and paintwork are INSANE. She has some WIP threads here if you can find them that kind of show her step-by-step process, but not really a tutorial.

Those are all really cool! She is super talented! I remember seeing the fairy one in a thread on here a while back.
