Well, I guess she figured it out, because I got a refund through PayPal this morning. Two questions left for you all, though, and then I'll stop, promise!

1) On eBay it now lists the doll under "Unpaid Items." Do I have to do anything to cancel the order, or will I now have to go through a non-paying bidder thing?
2) Should/ can I leave her negative feedback for this?

Thanks so much, everyone!

I thought you opened a case on this seller ?  if thats so  then since there was a claim and the seller responded by giving a refund then the case would automatically close and you shouldnt have to do anything else about the item  :awake:  . You arent a non paying bidder. You paid and the seller messed you about and in the end responded to the case by refunding.

You can however still leave honest feedback for the transaction ( either negative or neutral - whatever you think fits this best)- honest feedback is important since the seller is likely to do the same thing on others.

Yeah, the case was resolved, but on my eBay account, the doll is still listed under the "Unpaid Items" section. Should I just leave it alone, then?

EDIT: Called eBay and they archived the purchase. I'm all set!
