Ebay seller sent MOCs crammed into a tiny box. :'(

I would leave a negative because they completed destroyed what you paid them for.    You paid for beautiful MOC ponies, you got ponies jammed into a box with ruined, mangled backcards.

I would leave a negative as well, partly because it clearly is the sellera fault that these are severely damaged, and partly because they are not owning up to the fact that they are responsible.

I'd leave a neutral because of the partial refund, but put feedback of something like "MOC items packed in too small box and bent by seller.  Partial refund given. Buyer beware."

Either  a negative or a neutral would be appropriate.  I think possibly if I were in this situation I would give a neutral because of the refund. However I would definitely mention in the feedback comments that the seller damaged MOC items but putting them in too small a box

Thanks for the advice on feedback. I've decided to leave a neutral seeing as she did a partial refund but I will mention the damage, might actually copy and paste your fb suggestion StarFaerie... sounds just right.

I bought another moc the other day and was anxious about the card so asked the seller to make sure to pack her well. Think I will have to do that from now on. You never know how they will pack it, unless you know they are a trustworthy MLP seller.

I think you were more than fair with feedback.    It will hopefully be a lesson learned on how to package a MOC pony in the future.

The other seller didn't mind me asking and she said she'd make sure to pack it well. So pays to ask then. Better safe than sorry.
