Title: Spanish Sweet Stuff variant
Post by: angelponies on April 09, 2014, 11:41:25 PM
I got this lovely lady a little while ago and I was wondering how many there were like her found so far? :satisfied:
I haven't been able to find photos of any others like her  :help:

She has a variant pink stripe in her mane like wonky eyed Fizzy

I've never seen one like her, and I've been researching the Spanish variants for a few months now. That still isn't really saying anything...I don't have the years of experience others have. Wherever did you find her, if you don't mind me asking? Was she off eBay?

Yes, she is the "crazy eye" variant with the dark red hair. I have Fizzy in that version. Some years ago a MOC one was sold.
I'm also looking to get my hands on all the Spanish TE variants. At the moment I have the complete set, but with mixed versions.

Here are some pics from the old auctions:

And here are the two versions of Fizzy

Just out of interest (OK, I really REALLY want one, or all of them) what sort of prices do this girls fetch in todays market? I have a kidney and my firstborn... something tells me that won't be enough though...

Thanks so much everyone

Ooo nice thanks LadyPinwheel it is awesome seeing them MOC!!  now I know another one exists!!

Aww your welcome Wizzer :tackleglomp: always happy to help you find your grail ponies ^.^

Your TE girls are so amazing!  :inlove:

The ponies are pretty affordable Pinkamena  if you can find them on auction, you can usually get them for under $300, not many people were looking for them to outbid ya ;)

I'd love to see crazy eye whizzer! I've had three in my house and none had the crazy look. At least I think so...

I have her too but MOC... same as Fizzy... they are a bit creepy at first (compared to the regular Spanish) but you adore them a second after you had that thought!

I agree with Snow, they might be creepy at first, but you have to love them.

In fact, before starting collecting as an adult, I always thought Spanish Fizzy had that crazy look. It is a pain there are variations... Now, I've got to have them all! XD

I'm sure I've posted this before... Some years ago I did this gif image with my crazy eye Fizzy XD

I was rooting about on my PC and found a picture of a Sweet Stuff with the scary eyes and bright pink stripe, so it looks like there are two of her :)
